He provided me with a quote and an estimated timeframe in which the job would be started.On the day of the actual job, he showed up on time (which is extremely important to me). In hiring American Eagle Professional Services for my seemingly impossible mold-remediation job, I had an inkling that I was in for a treat. The team gutted my entire basement, treated my studs and framing, and installed two sump pumps along with cutting-edge drain tile along the entire perimeter of my basement. Heck, they even discovered and repaired several cracks in my foundation wall. Not only were they professional, clean, relentless in compartmentalizing their work so that my family could plan our move around the various phases of the job, you could tell how much they (a family business mind you) really took pride in their work. I would hire them again, and I strongly recommend American Eagle for your serious mold remediation problems! It's scary, I empathize, but these guys LOVE the scary jobs so that we can have peace of mind.

Perry was very professional and made sure he saw everything through going the extra mile. We hired them for a few jobs. One was a long retaining wall that was pushed out by some six inches. There initial solution was not doing the job they anticipated. In fact Perry was concerned with the sounds and movement of the wall when tightened up the plates . Perry came back a few times over the next several months to try and come up with a solution that would stabilize the wall. Based on a proposed solution, his Product Line came up with larger plates to replace those at the heart of the issue. Problem solved!I would have rated them with 5 stars but I had one issue with their process / preference. I had them also working a foundation wall structure issue as well as some mold remediation. They provided a quote for all 3 projects. The quote was hard to understand as it was presented more technically. The overall effort had a large price tag, so I requested the jobs to be quoted separately as I was trying to budget my projects and wanted to look at what I might be able to push out in the near future. Perry had a policy to not separate the quotes as he has had customers go elsewhere for some of the projects. I assured him that I am not looking anywhere else as he came highly recommended. He held to his policy. I understand his issue / concern but hoped he would understand my situation. I am still pleased and glad we had American Eagle work our projects and would recommend them.

Perry and his crew were prompt in coming out to diagnose my basement leak. The new drains were installed in a timely manner as was a new sump well and pump. Clean up was complete. During the more recent rains, the sump pump got clogged. Perry knew the problem, and within a day, Ryan was out. Sump pump was operational. They are a fantastic company.

We used Perry and his team at American Eagle Prof Services after shopping around extensively for a mold remediation company. After weeks of estimates and re-estimates based on scaling back the cleaning needs, Perry worked with us and was the most flexible in terms of scheduling after we arrived at what we felt was a fair cost for the remediation effort which is never cheap.He also managed and subcontracted the cleaning of the HVAC system which was a huge savings of our time not having to deal with yet another contractor.He and his team were efficient, always on time, and considerate of my parents still living in the home. Considering this was a basement job in my 80yr old parents house in Centreville, MD, minimizing disruption to their lives was a high priority and Perry kept this in mind at all times.All in all we were VERY happy with the end results which culminated in an 'all clear' mold test signoff by an independent Industrial team who validated the mold cleaning was performed as needed.I would not hesitate recommending Perry to anybody challenged with a mold issue as he knew his stuff regarding mold remediation and proved it with his successful cleanup of my parents house in Centreville, MD.

American Eagle stabilized the kitchen floor in my 80 year old beach cottage.The floor was shaky and sagging. after they completed the work, it no longer is shaky and was lifted. There were no cracks in the walls, as I am aware, if not done properly or over done you can have cracks. I am very happy with both the work done and the people doing the job. We had a difficult job. We had a wet basement and American Eagle dug around the inside perimeter of the house down to the footers. We found out we had two slabs which was very individual. We are on the water and by the time they dug all the way down there was a lot of water and I thought there was always going to be water. But their system worked great using a superior product. We have a dry basement and we were not charged more for the extra work. Would totally recommend them!

Perry and Ryan were absolute top notch. We had them come to our Severna Park home for a mold issue and potential waterproofing. Their assessment was thorough, knowledgeable, and they provided a plan to fix the issue. Communication was quick, consistent, and professional. I highly recommend Perry and his team. They did an energy audit on the house and it was pretty drafty to start. They did a full encapsulation of my Crawspace with a French drain, sub pump and dehumidifier. In the attic they added a lot more insulation and also sealed around the vents for the HVAC into the house. They went above and beyond and came back with some very positive results on the final audit. Will definitely recommend him to anyone who asks about encapsulation!

The initial proposal far exceeded the five other estimates we received. It was detailed, several pages long, and included many photos of our actual crawl space along with clearly itemized costs. We could not have been more satisfied with American Eagle Foundation Repair and Waterproofing. We had water leaking into our basement as a result of a crack in the wall. We obtained 4 repair estimates. The estimates were vastly different in price and scope of job. Ryan Earls, VP of the company was our fourth and final estimate. My husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge and advice on how to repair the crack in our basement wall. It should be noted that the company's front office is managed by Lisa. She was such a pleasure to speak with and very professional. As of this writing, the job is complete. Ryan did the repair job and arrived on time. He was very efficient and left the area free of any debris. Several days later, we received a lovely thank you note in the mail. What a nice touch and very much appreciated. American Eagle is a father and son business. I received great information about waterproofing and sump pumps in order to make a solid decision. Their prices were comparable to other businesses in the area, but the time they took to answer my questions and their solution to my problem was why I chose them. After jack hammering, filling the trench with stone and replacing the cement floor, my basement was cleaner then when they started. Their service, attention to detail and interactions with me were polite, thorough and informative. We had the unfortunate luck of buying a home where a bowed foundation wall was hiding behind finished basement walls. We had three different companies come out to give suggestions and quotes on the repair before eventually deciding on American Eagle.They weren't pushy or trying to sell us on a specific product, but were rather more informative and flexible in their solution. American Eagle performed a mold remediation all along the joists and full crawlspace encapsulation for me. They used high mil plastic for the flooring and foam board to insulate up the walls. They also installed a dehumidifier and went out of their way to make sure a poorly installed condensate drain from my hvac was draining properly (not their work but made sure to patch to ensure a better result for the crawlspace). The technicians were very thorough at every step along the way. From the initial estimate to the final walk through, the communication was excellent and they even adjusted the estimate down slightly when realizing the initial square footage was slightly higher than when they did the actual install. Really a top notch job and company all the way around.

While getting my parent's home ready for sale our real-estate agent pointed out some water intrusion in the basement. We hadn't noticed it before due to a large freezer covering much of the wall. Our real-estate agent immediately suggested getting American Eagle out to inspect and price out remediation costs.I contacted American Eagle and they came out immediately and inspected the site. They provided a very reasonable proposal that included digging into the floor and installing drainage material and gravel and connected drain into a nearby sump pit. They cemented over the drainage they installed and applied water proofing to the wall. They completed this work in less than two days and came out a day or two after signing the contract.I think they did a fantastic job and I am confident this will help the house to sell. After years of dread in going down to the basement, following a heavy rain to vacuum the water that breached the foundation, I am pleased to say that American Eagle's French Drain system, Safe Edge and new sump pump has resolved this issue. The Waterproofing system installed, has worked to direct ground water to the sump pump basin for easy removal via the new quiet sump pump.
