American Eagle is a father and son business. I received great information about waterproofing and sump pumps in order to make a solid decision. Their prices were comparable to other businesses in the area, but the time they took to answer my questions and their solution to my problem was why I chose them. After jack hammering, filling the trench with stone and replacing the cement floor, my basement was cleaner then when they started. Their service, attention to detail and interactions with me were polite, thorough and informative. I would hire them again and will recommend them to friends and family who need any type of waterproofing.

We’ve worked with American Eagle Professional Services for several years now. We were so happy with their foundation work a couple years ago we just had them back to completely waterproof our basement. Their work is fantastic, they are so clean and meticulous. We had the unfortunate luck of buying a home where a bowed foundation wall was hiding behind finished basement walls. We had three different companies come out to give suggestions and quotes on the repair before eventually deciding on American Eagle.They weren't pushy or trying to sell us on a specific product, but were rather more informative and flexible in their solution. Additionally, and perhaps as a result of this, they were also reasonably priced (foundation repairs are not a cheap endeavor regardless)What we ended up having done:4 wall plates + 2 carbon fiber strapsNew sump pit + pump + drainage lineNew french drainThey communicate well and frequently about what needs to get done, when they will be on site, and what we needed to do as the homeowner. They work with you if you have specific needs. And their work is clean, professional, and sturdy.Would definitely recommend these guys for your project!

American Eagle performed a mold remediation all along the joists and full crawlspace encapsulation for me. They used high mil plastic for the flooring and foam board to insulate up the walls. They also installed a dehumidifier and went out of their way to make sure a poorly installed condensate drain from my hvac was draining properly (not their work but made sure to patch to ensure a better result for the crawlspace). The technicians were very thorough at every step along the way. From the initial estimate to the final walk through, the communication was excellent and they even adjusted the estimate down slightly when realizing the initial square footage was slightly higher than when they did the actual install. Really a top notch job and company all the way around.

While getting my parent's home ready for sale our real-estate agent pointed out some water intrusion in the basement. We hadn't noticed it before due to a large freezer covering much of the wall. Our real-estate agent immediately suggested getting American Eagle out to inspect and price out remediation costs.I contacted American Eagle and they came out immediately and inspected the site. They provided a very reasonable proposal that included digging into the floor and installing drainage material and gravel and connected drain into a nearby sump pit. They cemented over the drainage they installed and applied water proofing to the wall. They completed this work in less than two days and came out a day or two after signing the contract.I think they did a fantastic job and I am confident this will help the house to sell. I also thought their pricing was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or use them in the future.Paul

American Eagle removed mold and deteriorating fiberglass insulation from my crawl space, and conditioned the space with new insulation, plastic sheeting and a new, industrial-grade dehumidifier. Furnished estimate promptly, along with detailed explanatory information. Commenced work in a reasonable time and as promised. Kept me informed of issues and suggested solutions as they arose. Showed up as promised each day and put in full days. Completed work looks great.

After years of dread in going down to the basement, following a heavy rain to vacuum the water that breached the foundation, I am pleased to say that American Eagle's French Drain system, Safe Edge and new sump pump has resolved this issue. The Waterproofing system installed, has worked to direct ground water to the sump pump basin for easy removal via the new quiet sump pump. The whole process took only one week and now I can design a usable dry living space.Hats off to the crew who worked to help resolve this problem to make my basement dry and safe from potential issues involving 'water in the basement'.I highly recommend this company for your Waterproofing needs.

I did a search for waterproofing on Google & left messages for 3 companies to give me an estimate for some waterproofing. Only 2 called back, but Perry Watson from American Eagle followed up promptly and gave me a quote the next day. We discussed several options and I had a proposal within a few days.
